Aim & Objectives

To reduce the digital divide by providing affordable technology services, education, and support to underserved communities, enabling them to harness the benefits of technology for personal growth, community development, and economic opportunity.

  1. Educate the Elderly on Technology: Deliver tailored training sessions and workshops in retirement homes and community centers to help seniors understand and use technology confidently.

  2. Provide Tech Services to Non-Profits and Qualified Small Businesses: Offer affordable or free technical support, IT assessments, cybersecurity services, and software installation to non-profits and small businesses struggling financially.

  3. Supply Hardware to Underserved Communities: Launch and manage a Tech Donation Program to collect, refurbish, and distribute computers and other technology equipment to individuals and families lacking access.

  4. Raise Awareness and Build Community Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations to promote digital literacy and technology access.

  5. Measure Impact and Improve Services: Regularly collect feedback from clients and stakeholders through surveys, follow-up communications, and reporting to assess service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
